Fresh fish, robust meat, island spices, and exotic flavors make dining in Provo some of the best dining in the Caribbean.  You won’t find any chain restaurants here, but what you will find are unique and outstanding dining experiences.  With everything from casual and lively ocean side grills to the finest of dining hidden away amongst twinkling lanterns and lush gardens.  We encourage you to go off property and experience some of these world class restaurants, and we welcome you to stay and experience them right onsite too!  We’re proud to provide our guests with three unique dining options:  the sophisticated Opus Wine-Bar-Grille featuring fine dining, a stunning garden lounge, and an extensive wine list; the Caribbean influenced Seaside Café (complete with beachfront deck, and Provo’s only conch bar); or the always lively Cabana Bar & Grille (make sure to be here at Sunset, we have the best on the island!).
