- • All nightly rates for travel July 1st, 2013 on are subject to an additional 12% Government tax (travel prior to July 1st subject to 11% tax) and 11.9% hotel service charge. Rates are subject to change without notice. Note: Bookings made prior to April 12th, 2013 are subject to original tax of 11%.
- • A maximum of two children/persons above the standard published occupancy may share accomodations (except in Studio Suites: Standard Studio max occ = 2, Studio Delux max occ = 3).

Cancellation Policy
Ocean Club & Ocean Club West
- • Winter 2013: Cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival for a full refund.*
- • Summer/Fall 2013: Cancel up to 24 hours prior to arrival for a full refund! Three Bedroom Suites have a 21 day cancelation.
- • Holiday 2013: Cancel up to 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations canceled within 90 days of arrival are non-refundable or transferable.*
*Please note that we strongly recommend you purchase outside cancellation insurance due to our cancellation policy especially in peak season & holidays. Same policy applies to cancellations due to weather & cancelled flights.
