Our Pre-Travel Concierge is available to all guests to assist with the following needs:

  • Requirements for Entry into TCI.
  • Questions about our Resorts’ health, sanitization, and safety policies
  • Questions about any current island regulations or restrictions
  • Restaurant Recommendations
  • Golf/Tee-time Reservations
  • Car Reservations (through Tropical Auto)
  • Spa Reservations (through Spa Tropique)
  • Pre-Arrival Grocery delivery

Additionally, to receive a phone call prior to your vacation to ensure that you are comfortable with the entry requirements and any pre-travel needs, please send us an e-mail with your last name, arrival date, and phone number. Our team will reach out to you directly about three weeks to one month prior to your visit. If your reservation is made directly with our U.S. Reservations Center you will automatically receive this courtesy call.
