Frequently Asked Questions
Guest amenities are available exclusively at the resort where you are staying. This approach allows each property to better serve its guests and ensures greater access to amenities for everyone. While amenities may be limited to the property where you are staying, we still encourage you to explore all three of our on-site restaurants, and our complimentary Shopping and Dining Shuttle will continue to operate between the resorts, with convenient pick-up and drop-off at each reception building.
Amenities for children include on-site watersports rentals, beach toys, board games, cribs, strollers, highchairs, baby monitors, and children’s menus. Children 12 and under are always free. All Children, regardless of age, must be listed on the reservation.
