Additional Booking Information
Ocean Club & Ocean Club West
- All nightly rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and subject to an additional 12% Government tax and 15% Service Charge and Facility Fee combined.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Additional guests: One-, Two-, and Three-Bedroom Suites can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 additional guests. Junior Suites can accommodate a maximum of 1 additional guest. Studios have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests.
- Cribs and rollaway beds may be requested at time of booking and are free of charge. They cannot be used in Studio and Studio Deluxe Suites.
- Children 12 and under stay free and are counted towards total occupancy.
- Guests may not exceed maximum room occupancy.
- Holiday and peak seasons require a minimum stay. Contact our Reservation Center for more details.

- Travel dates December 20, 2024 – January 3, 2025 – Cancel up 42 days prior to arrival for a full refund*
- Travel dates January 4, 2025 – April 25, 2025 – Cancel up to 21 days prior to arrival or a full refund*
- Travel dates April 26, 2025 – December 19, 2025 – Cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund*
*Protect your travel investment with outside travel insurance as many circumstances can cause a trip to be cancelled or interrupted. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancellation is within the cancellation penalty period.
