From strategic leadership to guest-facing roles, these women shape the culture of the resorts, setting the tone for hospitality that feels personal, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in place.

Our Notable Women
Diane Higgs took on the role of Managing Director in 2024, following more than three decades with Ocean Club Resorts. Her career with the company spans nearly every facet of the operation, from human resources and weddings and events to real estate, beginning with her very first role as a part-time administrator. This hands-on path has given Diane an unmatched understanding of how the resorts function, not just operationally, but culturally. Her long-standing relationships with team members and deep knowledge of the brand have allowed her to build a leadership team rooted in trust, continuity, and shared values, further strengthening Ocean Club Resorts’ reputation for thoughtful, elevated hospitality. Under her leadership, guests are welcomed as family rather than visitors, and the spirit of Caribbean culture is felt consistently across both properties.
The inspiration doesn’t stop with Diane. Across Ocean Club Resorts, a strong group of women leads every corner of the operation, including Guest & Owner Relations Manager Keshia, General Manager Angelique, Human Resources Director Kelisa, and Accounts Manager Leidy, among many others, who collectively keep the resorts running with both heart and precision. The resorts’ U.S. reservations and operations team also consists of a mostly female staff.
At Ocean Club East, Property Manager Nickina leads with a steady hand and deep operational expertise, while Ocean Club West further strengthens the all-women leadership team with Front Desk Manager Shenika and Property Manager Clover. Together, these leaders shape the day-to-day guest experience, ensuring each stay reflects the warmth, care, and high standards Ocean Club Resorts is known for.
