As the first resorts in the Turks and Caicos Islands to become certified under Green Globe International, we have gone through a rigorous process to promote the highest level of sustainable operations and management. While we still have areas to address as far as recycling capabilities are concerned, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact in other ways. To that end, we invite you to participate with us:

If you wish to have your bed sheets changed, simply place the Bed Linen Card on your pillow, otherwise the bed will be made without a sheet change.

Fresh towels will be provided if you simply place used towels on the floor.

If you would like to forego housecleaning services for the day, simply place the “We are conserving energy” card on the outside of your entrance door.

We love to take advantage of the prevailing tropical breezes; however, we understand that sometimes the heat takes some getting used to. If you wish to use the AC, please ensure that all windows and sliding glass doors are securely closed before turning it on (72 - 76 is a good temperature range). Please turn the AC off when leaving the suite for extended periods of time.

There are NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY at any of the pools or the beach, so please take every safety precaution.

It is highly probably that you will encounter fish of various sizes while swimming in front of the resort. Dolphins have even been known to frolic in Grace Bay! Please be mindful that we are located in a protected TCI National Park, and do not touch or feed any of the marine life. Starfish are to be seen underwater, and not lifted out of the water. Enjoy them and leave them to go about their business!

Whether you listen to Beethoven, Miley Cyrus, or Drake, it is to everyone’s benefit if you wear headphones instead of listening to your music through a speaker.

While some look forward to puffing on a Cuban cigar while gazing across the Caribbean waters, please remember that others may not share in the joy of inhaling secondhand smoke. The beach (and pool areas) are not ashtrays, so please smoke in designated areas 25 feet outside of buildings and dispose of ashes and cigarette or cigar butts in the receptacles provided.

There is nothing better than pulling up one of our small sand chairs to sit and enjoy the waves lapping against your legs at the water’s edge. Please remember to bring your chair back up to your umbrella, as some have been known to drift out to sea!

Our Pool and Beach Attendants will present you with 2 beach towels when you present them with the Towel Card you received upon check-in. Please return your used towels to receive your card back to remove the $40/card charge on your account upon check-out.

Everyone wants a front row seat to the most beautiful view in the world – we get it! However, any towels left unattended on beach chairs for longer than 2 hours will be collected by the Beach Attendant for you to retrieve later so that someone else can enjoy that beautiful view now.

Please enjoy the use of our pools from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm daily.
